A Behavior Coach - also known as a Behavior Technician or RBT - is a 1 on 1 therapist, that means that you get to work directly with children to create lasting impact on their lives and build them a better future. Your Responsibilities: Provide direct 1-on-1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, community, and center settings Teach skills like better communication, social interaction, and daily living skills to children with autism Work under a Master level therapist who will provide training plans for each child Collect accurate data and implement programs and protocols Maintain open communication regarding cases with program supervisors Check and maintain schedule on scheduling software Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications: High School diploma required Certification as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) highly preferred At least 1-2 years experience working with children highly preferred At least 1 year experience with ABA preferred Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field preferred Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Should enjoy working on an interdisciplinary team and collaborating with others Detail oriented with strong organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Passion for helping others Must be able to pass a background check Benefits: Competitive Compensation Paid sick leave - 1 week Full paid training 3 vacation weeks 401k Medical/vision Opportunities for career growth.
