A Behavior Technician (RBT) is a 1 on 1 therapist, that means that you get to work directly with children to create lasting impact on their lives and build them a better future.

Pay range: $18 - $25 hour based on experience. We will train you to get you certified! Your Responsibilities: Provide direct 1-on-1 therapy with a child with autism Teach them skills like better communication, how to interact with others, and daily living skills so they can become more independent and fulfilled Work under a Master level therapist who will provide you with the training plan for each child you work with Communication progress with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties Registered Behavior Technician Benefits: An amazing support team of Master level therapists to give you the knowledge, training and resources that you need to be successful.
